As a regular customer, these guys are amazing. I have been coming to Beyond Hello since it was Pure iconic. They are really good people. They try their best to get the rush through when they are busy, which usually only happens on holidays/snowstorms ect. On a normal day I am in and out. Always a smile, always a very cool interaction, and 90 percent the time they got a really good deal on the products I prefer and appreciate. They are also reinvesting in their building and trying to make it better than it already is. I love seeing this strive for excellence, especially when they are already achieving excellence. Very easy to check in, Hannah up front was very kind and Connor who checked me out was also very sweet! Helpful people, and the least hostile dispo I've been to. Customer service was a 10/10, better than any one I've gone to in Columbus – Tera Paro

They did away with their curbside, people need that especially when you're a medical patient and can't get out/in car well. They don't have very many reputable products. They have staff that don't seem knowledgeable. Staff are also very flat amd not inviting amd seem to be upset that they have to help you. Check in person isn't very nice I'm not sure who she is so I can't name her but she wears a lot of eye liner amd doesn't seem to like people :( it's not clean in there amd gives you the vibe of a parts store. Idk not my ideal place to go if I had to pick. – K C
