As a regular customer, these guys are amazing. I have been coming to Beyond Hello since it was Pure iconic. They are really good people. They try their best to get the rush through when they are busy, which usually only happens on holidays/snowstorms ect. On a normal day I am in and out. Always a smile, always a very cool interaction, and 90 percent the time they got a really good deal on the products I prefer and appreciate. They are also reinvesting in their building and trying to make it better than it already is. I love seeing this strive for excellence, especially when they are already achieving excellence. What a great chill place, I was in and out faster, and they had really good strains. I found White Truffle and I’ve not had that once because I simply just can’t find it. 10/10 will be back, and the guy was very easy to talk to, Revised review… this 1 star is well earned by them. This placed started out good but they're so inconsistent and their hours suck too. They close at 6 on Sunday. In a college town. You used to be able to go in and get whatever, then all a sudden you HAVE to put an order in online. Annoying, but okay whatever. I do that (this isn't based on a one time visit. Multiple) i place my online order, it tells me the price, I get cash because using a card they charge you $5, I get to the store, the price is wrong by $2 something. THEIR website told me $38 and some change, cool, I get 40 out, I get there and they tell me it's $42 and some change and just say, "ahhh yeah we've been having problems with out online switching people to medical sorry about that" not a care in the world. I the customer get effed, im the one who's out. Not a care in the world. The dude was condescending about it all too. These people come off as really genuine and nice, until there's an issue then their colors show. Do not go here. Go to Consumes by shell on 27. Their service is awesome every time. I always miss the gentleman name in the back with silver hair and glasses he's a rockstar and is a main reason I keep returning. They also have more options than consume and their prices for sure have gotten better. They just remodeled the front WAY BETTER. They are listening to us customers which is amazing!! I freaking love love love this place the nicest place ever! The people are welcoming and so amazingly nice! Oh man I'd love to get a job here ! So if ur here checking reviews before you decide to actually go check it out, let me be the one that pops out over all the other reviews DON'T WAIST ANYMORE TIME HERE! Ok?! You have the option of shopping and putting in your order conveniently straight on there website, then comes the fun part all u do next is going then a second to get it all put together and yes they will keep you updated with that process, but once ready you go to the store walk in and that's where you you show your id to the amazing person at the win if your new there is something you fill out, then they tell you what to do. Which consists of simply going over a few steps to a door you will get buzzed into, you step in where u will see a nother door go through that and boom! They take cash or card and if I'm not mistaken there is a ATM if for what ever reason I'm wrong or it's down don't you stress ur brow they are conveniently right next to a awesome gas station we're you of course know what to do from there naturally:) my good I'm so sorry for just rambling on an on just go check it out for your self :) you're absolutely welcome in advance you don't be disappointed I can be absolutely positive – Brittany Mason
