I can’t say enough good things about this place! Stephanie, Gary, and Nolan at the Kalkaska location are consistently the best. Every time I walk in, they help me find exactly what I need with zero stress. What sets them apart is their energy—there have been days where I’ve walked in feeling down, and their good vibes and genuine kindness completely turned my day around. !Update! Olswell is hands down the best dispensary in northern Michigan! Brennin leading the team offers immense support to his team and consumers at any chance he receives! Carter, Javin, Austin and nick are my favorite bystanders in town, always welcoming and willing to help anyway they are able to when it comes to order errors or orders that took longer than normal to fufill they make it right. 1 star because I cant choose 0. This is my 3rd time trying this dispensary, everyone always talks about the deals! Even though i havent had good luck with this particular dispensary, thought id give it one last try. This time I went in to get the 45$ play 15 gram live rosin that was sent out for their deals this morning. I get there, they tell me its not for the traverse city location and he doesnt know why I got that. Its literally on weed maps. It also says traverse city mi. Then the gentleman got a little rude about it when I asked why he wasnt honoring it if it said tc. Oh well. Im done wasting my time here. They dont care about the customers. – Alexis Suggate
