First time at Olswell, I’ve heard great things about their products. So far so good. This place has a ton of great products for very reasonable prices. The staff was great and very friendly. Austin provided excellent customer service and made sure to communicate what he was doing (large order had to be split into two) I HIGHly recommend stopping by and making your purchase. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Stephanie, Gary, and Nolan at the Kalkaska location are consistently the best. Every time I walk in, they help me find exactly what I need with zero stress. What sets them apart is their energy—there have been days where I’ve walked in feeling down, and their good vibes and genuine kindness completely turned my day around.
