Hello, This was my second time at Curaleaf on 91st Ave and Olive in Peoria.Az! I was highly satisfied with the service i received! I believe the gentleman that helped me was named Max. I hope it was max because max was / is amazing! On top on helping me find the right product which i was very unsure of and very indecisive about the item i wanted he didn’t rush me. He didn’t make me feel like Girl hurry up i got other people in line. He made me feel like the only person in the room and like i could take all the time in the world. People like “max” i hope are praised abs acknowledge by CURALEAF because people like “Max” are the employees that keep people coming back!! As far as the item I unfortunately cannot write a review about it yet because im not 100% sure if the item will help me out and do the job i need it to do. Once i have a comment/ review on the item i will return for another review and i am only taking the tine to come back after using the product because “ Max” is worth my time!! – Amanda Chavez

This was my second time being helped by Max, and unbelievably, it was even worse than the first. The first time I dealt with him, the experience was so unpleasant that I nearly walked out without making a purchase — and looking back, I should have. I tried to give Curaleaf another chance and assumed it was just an off day. It wasn’t. This time, I didn’t even recognize him at first because I genuinely wanted to move past the previous incident. But the moment he started bringing up our last interaction and acting passive‑aggressive, everything clicked. The attitude, the disrespect, the complete lack of professionalism — it was shocking. I’ve visited multiple Curaleaf locations over the years, and I have never had two consistently negative experiences with the same employee until now. At this point, it’s clear that this isn’t a misunderstanding or a one‑time slip. Max’s behavior shows a fundamental inability to provide even basic customer service. In a role where professionalism and customer care are essential, he falls dramatically short. It’s hard to understand how someone this consistently unpleasant is still representing the Curaleaf brand on the sales floor. The only reason I didn’t walk out again was because Alex stepped in and completely salvaged the situation. Alex is a true 5‑star employee and the only reason Curaleaf didn’t lose my business that day. If it weren’t for him, I would have gone straight to Story Cannabis instead. Curaleaf needs to take a serious look at what’s happening here. No customer should have to deal with this level of disrespect twice from the same person. If Max cannot meet the basic standards expected in a customer‑facing position, then this may simply not be the right role for him. For me, this was the breaking point. After two experiences like this with the same employee, it’s clear something is seriously off with the standards being upheld here. Alex saved this visit, but that doesn’t erase the pattern I’ve now dealt with twice. And honestly, after this second incident, Curaleaf is making the decision easier and easier — for my next needs, Story is looking better and better. – Jay D

Bad experience. . . Went twice for birthday $10 off and both times they did not honor it!!! Call the store and it's a foreigner; not the store employees. I suppose I can give my own resolution if Management refuses to call me back….. Which is if I stop tipping my $4-$8 like I've done each visit; I guess eventually I'll get my $10 back. 2 disappointing batches of flower subpar from Sativa Cannabis Co and Flavors cannabis Co. Good flower in the drip and Shango modified banana is #1 next to Aeriz GMO. – Father & Coach
