I come here often. The deals are the best. Everything is always 50% it seems like which is fantastic. All bud tenders are great. But I had a quick special shout out to the security guard working Friday the 22nd of May at 1 pm. I work in construction, and I completely spaced my work knife in my pocket and my diagonal cutters. By the time he noticed them I was already called to grab my order so it might have been considered rude to ask me to walk back to my car. Rather than inconvenience me, he tactically put himself in a location next to me that if anything happened. He would be ready. Amazing to see someone who cares about their job and the people they work with. I will remember to leave them in the truck next time, sorry! – Brandon Kokoszka
I go here on and off depending on if I'm in the area. I had fantastic experiences at the Pavilions location. Here is no different. Always greeted by friendly faces, never a long wait, always in and out. Today however I had a hard time withdrawing money from my new card at the atm. My budtender HAYLEY was really nice, SUPER patient and knowledgeable about the deals we were looking for. She picked the BEST wax available for the price budget I gave her. Thank you Hayley for giving me time to call my cardholder and figure out the issue. Having social anxiety is one of my weakness and it makes a difference when people are kind and understanding especially while helping me out as a customer. Convenient location. Service was friendly and while I had a short wait it was of reasonable duration. Offers online ordering for pickup as well. Floor plan was a little odd and the waiting area could be more comfortable but was adequate. Might be a little less so if more customers are waiting at once. – Jason Sykes
The employees at Curaleaf are amazing and the main reason I keep coming back. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been kind and patient even when the store is clearly overwhelmed. Management, specifically Kevin, has been the complete opposite. The store is constantly busy and he never seems interested in helping or aiding the employees. The staff deserves better support since they’re the ones carrying the entire customer experience. – Ellexus Garcia
I have been going here the last few years. Good prices and friendly customer service. My only issue is I preorder and 50% of the time it’s faster going to the walk in line with a 20 minutes wait to get to a clerk. Super inconvenient for me as I’ve preordered for quick service. I wish they had a better system or employees that moved with urgency. – Jenee McCloud
