This was the first time I have gone to Zen. Lesley was awesome. They had a great deal for first time clients. I'm not going to say what I got because I am not sure if it changes. Used to be my favorite place to go. They used to have awesome promotions doorbusters treated the. Reward crowd really a lot better, I don't like the new reward point system and it seems like the prices are just never coming down. They're only just going up.. It's been awhile since I shopped here. I used to shop here all the time. This was my place to go. I stopped shopping here because I had some bad experiences. The manager insured me that my next experience would be better and gave me a free pre-roll paper. I'm waiting a couple months and coming back down to try it again and hope that this will be the place I go to again. Thomas told me to leave the review. I spoke with the manager Keefe and he absolutely corrected my past experiences. This experience was so far better. He made up for the past mistakes of others by simply being kind and acknowledging me. And definitely making me feel heard and understood and making this place feel like a homie environment again. Even to the point to where I feel like I'm going to apply for an application now for a job. I think I'm going to be well pleased with coming back to this location and I look forward to getting to know the staff 💯. Thank you so much Keefe for making things right.
