Zen Leaf Dispensary Gilbert

My first experience here was awesome, I came in all nervous and shy until I got rung up with a lovely person named Nicole who made me feel welcome and open about what I wanted and was looking for and made my experience overall the best. Everyone else was really nice and warm too and hope I get to come back to get rung up with other people that work there because that’s how nice it was! Update: I went in during 4/20 and the people who helped me, (Taylor & Milushka), are two amazing staff members during my visit. The moment I walked in they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. They took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and made the whole process feel comfortable and exciting. I really appreciate the level of care and positivity they brought. It made a lasting impression, and I’ll absolutely be coming back because of them! – Jesse

Drey was excellent! Very friendly, knowledgeable and straight to the point; which I greatly appreciated! He can definitely ‘read the room/customer’ and deliver great service based on that. He understood exactly what I was looking for and gave me several great options without feeling rushed or pushing a certain product was over the other. Also gave me a great deal! I've been to this location a few times over the years. My most recent visit was great! Instantly welcomed, my order was ready within minutes of placing online. During checkout, the staff member was kind and even shared recommendations for next time. Keep up the awesome work!! – Kristin H

Such a great place, I have been going for several years now and always a great experience. Today I saw Carly and she was great!! Very friendly and nice. Very knowledgeable on the products and amazing customer service. Lots of people go to different places to get freebies. I would rather stay here and rack up those rewards and enjoy the experience. Super friendly staff can’t say enough good things about this dispensary. I made a mistake. Ordered a cartridge without a battery. Totally my fault. The manager gave me a battery for free.
