Believe the reviews of this place stealing your money. Absolutely insane. Claimed the first charge didn’t go through and charged again, both posted immediately. The management here is rude and careless. Refused any sort of refund and demanded I go through the bank. Updated because of their response. It was never pending it took my money immediately and I’ve been waiting over a week for it. Unfortunately it’s not a small amount either, it is an extra $200 they took from me and are claiming they are not allowed to perform refunds. (: I’ve reached out to trulieves hire ups and have heard nothing. There are multiple reviews with this happening. I just want patients to be careful with who they give their business to. Ive been a patient for 8 years and have never experienced anything like this. Much better business to give your money to than a company who shows no care or concern to patients. – K
Budtender at express said the cheapest 1g disposable was the one selected at 36 pre-tax during my online express pickup, so naturally I understood and said I'll pass, no problem right? Did my research just now and saw a 1g disposable 21 pre-tax which I would've purchased, just seems you either dont care or just say the more expensive one is the cheapest because you're looking to meet sale metrics, I tipped 7 dollars still, no thank you was given, no remote awareness at all of anything except move people in and out. As a person who's worked in Cannabis retail, manufacturing, as well as leadership, this was highly disappointing and possibly the least engaged I have felt with anyone behind the counter, this will be the last time Trulieve or Harvest chandler will ever get. – James Stephens
There's a bud tender by the name of Charles and he is amazing. He's attentive, polite, and professional. As a matter of fact, his professionalism is so top tier that I automatically assumed he was THEE boss. If he's not in charge, then he needs to be! I've never had a bad experience with any of the bud tenders at this location. Usually spend about 5 minutes total in the store because I pre-order. Definitely the way to go because this location is super busy during the evenings. – Taylor Wendy
not the best place to go to was trying to just simply have conversation about product and see about different brands because I Just moved to the state and there’s different brands and the lady kept trying to cut me off and end my sentences short and was just trying to get me to buy and go. she was a older blonde lady with glasses. she definitely doesn’t have a good vibe for a dispensary. Dispensaries should be feeling very friendly and welcome. You guys should hire a new staff. – Elijah Khan
Scammed out of $100 and being trying for months to get some sort of compensation but the general manager Martin strung me along for months, ive been waiting for his supervisor to call me but no response. No surprise there. Whomever owns this establishment should be aware of the conduct in this store, the incompetence is beyond my comprehension. I was very polite and compliant for too long. This is ridiculous and I'm frustrated with the lack of accountability as well. The mesa location wouldn't help me either. So be prepared to to deal with what I have if you want to use this location, which I highly wouldn't recommend!! Still no response from anyone, complete nonsense. This is all fake concerns… just like the general manager, still havent heard from his supervisor either. They still owe me $100 and still NOTHING! This is proof how much they care! This has been going on for 3 or 4 months, no help whatsoever, all lies! If they are having a hard time getting a hold of their general manager, then maybe he shouldn't be working there either! Everyone is unable to follow through with anything. This is completely inexcusable. I even gave them my phone number and they cant reach out to me on phone or email.. No excuses now – jennifer themins
