I spoke with maddy when I first came in, and despite being at one of the lowest points of my life. She’s incredibly sweet caring and knowledgeable about her job. She’s obviously passionate and it shows through her craftsmanship and demeanor. I just wanted to extend a thank you to maddy directly and all of the trulieve staff. Scammed out of $100 and being trying for months to get some sort of compensation but the general manager Martin strung me along for months, ive been waiting for his supervisor to call me but no response. No surprise there. Whomever owns this establishment should be aware of the conduct in this store, the incompetence is beyond my comprehension. I was very polite and compliant for too long. This is ridiculous and I'm frustrated with the lack of accountability as well. The mesa location wouldn't help me either. So be prepared to to deal with what I have if you want to use this location, which I highly wouldn't recommend!! Still no response from anyone, complete nonsense. This is all fake concerns… just like the general manager, still havent heard from his supervisor either. They still owe me $100 and still NOTHING! This is proof how much they care! This has been going on for 3 or 4 months, no help whatsoever, all lies! If they are having a hard time getting a hold of their general manager, then maybe he shouldn't be working there either! Everyone is unable to follow through with anything. This is completely inexcusable. I even gave them my phone number and they cant reach out to me on phone or email.. Love the Trulieve deals! It was very busy when I paid a visit just before 10pm on a Friday night. But I super happy they were still open until 11pm. The parking lot was crazy because of how busy it was at this location in Chandler. There is only one way in, one way out. Trying to get a parking spot felt like standing in line waiting for your turn in the restrooms at a concert or bar. Was totally worth it for the Bergamot! – Ashley Wheeler
