This was starting to seriously piss me off. I called ahead and confirmed the price, then rode my bike all the way out here, and somehow when I arrive my cart and the pricing are magically different. Then I get told I need “proof.” What kind of business operates like this? Who the hell screenshots their shopping cart just to protect themselves from the store changing the deal? I’ve been a Trulieve customer since 2019 in Florida, and this is the kind of garbage you pull over ($55 − $37.50) × 2 = $35? You’re willing to burn a long-term customer over thirty-five dollars and pretend it’s the customer’s fault for not documenting your own quote. That’s not a mistake. They have the worst manager doesn’t bother to check for anything always say he can’t find my acct it’s frustrating that I have to drive across town for other Trulieve employees to actually help and take the time to help you.
