Today is the third time I ordered something on line, get to the store to pick up my order and you don’t have the product. Everything is bogo today and according to your employee she was alone. So I also got to wait in line with people that have absolutely no idea what they want. I was the only one there with an on line order. Still had to stand in line to be told you don’t have my order. So your employee is alone on a bogo day. Makes sense that you sold what I ordered before it made it to my order. I go to this store 1-2 times a week. That is definitely going to change! – Buldawg 74
I would recommend everyone to stay far away from this place. Their merchandise is trash and on top of that they charge astronomical prices. I couldn’t believe what they are charging for product and on top of that people still have to pay sales tax. This place is garbage. – Joe M

This was starting to seriously piss me off. I called ahead and confirmed the price, then rode my bike all the way out here, and somehow when I arrive my cart and the pricing are magically different. Then I get told I need “proof.” What kind of business operates like this? Who the hell screenshots their shopping cart just to protect themselves from the store changing the deal? I’ve been a Trulieve customer since 2019 in Florida, and this is the kind of garbage you pull over ($55 − $37.50) × 2 = $35? You’re willing to burn a long-term customer over thirty-five dollars and pretend it’s the customer’s fault for not documenting your own quote. That’s not a mistake.
