This is my first visit to Sanctuary, but not in person; delivery. First off, your ad says .1¢ pre roll for deliveries from 9am-1pm. I placed my order at 12:46, and was told I did not qualify for it. Whatever, let that go. BUT 2). When I place a barely $50 order at 12:46 pm, and your delivery estimate is a little over 3 hrs..and it is now going on hour 6 with NO update whatsoever…maybe you just shouldn't run the delivery for that day. I could have walked and picked it up in shorter time than I'm getting now. Hell, I could have gone to Oasis and back by bus and have done it sooner than this. 3). Upside? Deals seem pretty dope. Hope the store is better! Edit: 9:47 pm, I finally get my order. They did go ahead and give me that penny pre roll, which turned out to be a 2 pack..will smoke later. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Unprofessional, Poor Communication, and a Complete Waste of Money Tonight — [February 5, 2026 today’s date] around 11:00 PM — I called this dispensary multiple times (11:03 PM and 11:08 PM) because the website clearly states you are OPEN 24 HOURS. I even explained on the phone that I would be paying for a round-trip Lyft just to come there. The employee who answered the phone — a male staff member working the front/security/ID area — never once mentioned a shift change or that customers would not be served. I arrived around 11:30 PM after spending $20 on transportation, only to be told they could not serve me. To make matters worse, the employee present when I arrived refused to provide his name AND would not identify the person I spoke with on the phone. I am describing the staff only so management can determine who was working that shift — not for any other reason. This is now the second bad experience I’ve had here. On a previous visit, a cashier repeated my order back to me but still forgot to include part of it in the bag. That is basic service and should not happen. Customers are spending real money and deserve employees who are alert, professional, and capable of communicating accurate information. If your website says 24 hours, then customers should either be served — or clearly warned about service pauses or shift changes BEFORE they waste time and money traveling there. This dispensary is close to my home, and I used to prefer coming here. But after repeated mistakes, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability from staff, you have officially lost a loyal customer. Management seriously needs to address training, professionalism, and communication so other customers do not experience the same frustration. – chef Porsha love

Employees are amazing! Never had a bad experience they always go above and beyond for you. My issue is the discounts I get off pretty early to where I can still make their early bird special and the past few days and after noticing that I never get the 25% discount I finally asked hey I never get the early bird discount. Why is that? I was told because I was buying a gram. I said OK cool that makes sense. Then the next day I came again got a quarter asked about the discount again to be told that the discount does not include quarters, halfs or ounces or edibles so pretty much you can really only use it for eighth and pre-rolls mind you the ad does not say that because most of their ads will let you know, excludes such and such so in a way I feel like that’s lying to customers thinking you’re gonna get a 25% off, but almost half of the stuff in there doesn’t count towards 25% off. At the bottom of their St. Patrick’s sale flyer and then the early bird flyer no disclaimer! – TyQuincia James
