Date of incident :Tuesday 3/31/26 Time of incident : 5:00 pm I am writing this to document a deeply concerning encounter with the security or front desk guy. While I was minding my own business and speaking on my phone, I was approached by this individual, who immediately displayed a hostile attitude and demanded that I end my call. The situation escalated beyond a simple disagreement when he began to follow me. Most alarmingly, he made a threatening comment, stating that "people can get hurt." This level of intimidation and disrespect is completely unacceptable in any professional or public setting. It is fortunate for him that I have worked hard to change my life and hold myself to a higher standard of restraint, as I chose to de-escalate and walk away. However, management needs to understand that the next person he treats this way might not be as patient or have the same level of self-control. He is playing a dangerous game by provoking people, and eventually, he is going to encounter someone who won't let that behavior slide. For the safety of others and the reputation of this establishment, this needs to be addressed immediately. If there is a number i may call to report futher i would love that number as it was a serious incident. P.S. To make matters worse, when I asked for his name, he refused to provide it. This lack of accountability is incredibly unprofessional and suggests he was well aware that his behavior was inappropriate. – True Reviews

I was treated very well like I was some important person. The quality oh the products I picked up were outstanding. I recommend this place and you have 24 hours of deciding when to make a trip. – Ross Leach
I purchased a 3.5g Stiiizy product. Upon weighing the flower, it registered at 3.1 grams—a shortage of 0.4 grams, which represents over 10% of the total weight I paid for. Under Nevada compliance standards, retail products must accurately reflect the weight listed on the label. When I contacted the dispensary to request a manager, a security manager handled the call. He informed me that because the product is pre-packaged by the cultivator, the dispensary bears no responsibility and nothing could be done. When I pressed the issue regarding consumer rights and product shorting, he became defensive. Because of his hostile pushback, I began recording the telephone call. At that point, the security manager abandoned the original issue and falsely claimed that it is illegal to record a phone conversation in Nevada. For the record, under NRS 200.620, Nevada is a one-party consent state. As an active participant in the conversation, my consent alone makes the recording fully lawful. It is incredibly concerning that a member of your management team is attempting to use inaccurate legal threats to silence a consumer reporting a shorted product. I currently have the product in its original packaging with the compliance labels intact, along with the receipt and the audio recording of the phone call. I plan to escalate this matter to the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) and the Nevada Department of Agriculture’s Weights and Measures division if this cannot be resolved internally. – Jane Doe
