Ive been a loyal customer of this location pretty much since they opened. I like the place even though the younger staff can be a little awkward to interact with. I do have one major issue. The website!!! I’ve wasted so many hours over the years inputting my info and orders not going through. I expect the site not to work when I start placing an order. Some consistency to being able to place on order online would be amazingly standard! – Justin Pike
I love the deals and the people are great, however, the app needs desperate help. It only shows the reward points and what you qualify for. There is no place to put in an order. You have to go to the website to do that. What's the point in having the app if you can't place an order and use the points acquired? – Toby Dillion
I've been going to the store since it opened and it's my one and only favorite place. I had the pleasure meeting Liz and James. Nice people and have me going there again. Both had great smiles, great personality, And I enjoyed meeting them.On my last visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Asiya. As an updated comment, my observation is this. When it was originally THE Source, the one thing you saw when you walked through the front door people with a great smile, saying hello. unfortunately for all the times since you took over, and I come there, nobody smiles, I don't even know if they have teeth. Except for.Asiya. In addition, the guy at the door who checks your I D, Is cold, rude, on a virgin mean,… And boy is he scary. And this is the very first impression the owners want people to see when they come in. Truthfully, I'd rather have the old way with people with a smile and nice greeting. – RON SCHEFFER
