I have been a customer here for years & they have really good specials, a great variety of products, and short wait times. The online orders are very easy & save lots of time. I recently had a mistake on my order & the manager Sam swiftly fixed the mishap when I returned to the store. She made sure that everything was correct and she put a big smile on my face with her excellent customer service skills. Sam deserves a raise! Pretty decent, but I did find something interesting. I work at another dispo, and went by to ch we can it out as id been recommended they had some good deals for $15 eighths. So I checked website and found product from a cultivars I liked. I selected a number of eights from them, and then when I paid for got my sealed up bag, they were all in white labeled blank bangs with a sticker from cultivation them. I would have like some forewarning about it being white labeled, or the companies outdoor/light dep. I just sell the same brands flower all day at my shop, and the quality of the flower was night and day difference. So just be aware if you weren't the advertising on the low end product may be a bit less than forthcoming. Always ask if you're getting Bs, how it's grown, or to see the packaging. Reason being is I got 1 bag that was actually branded as redwood, and the buds were full size and terps where hitting 10x harder than the white bag stuff with the redwood sticker. Would love an explanation from company and would change review to 5 stars, because I knew I wasn't paying for the best quality I just wish it would have been more open about the quality I was purchasing not just who grew it. Chill shop and the budtenders seemed to be a vibe nothing against them at all, just marketing and shop policy. Always show and discuss the products with you customer (especially flower in a clear envelope), it would have been very easy to spot i didn't want half of what I got. – Mason Rollins
