Love this dispensary! Not only do they have a great variety of brands and smokables, but they have a lot of fun merch and accessories. More than most other dispensaries have in the area. There are always a lot of deals going on so you can get the most bang for your buck. I love that they carry premier brands like ROVE, which is a personal favorite. At first I was disappointed to see a guy because I am so used to miss friendly Meg, however, Zach was a total baddy who was very knowledgeable and lead me around the stores noticing deals and Limited edition merch. I love this place for their awesome staff, great hours aka 24 hours which as a native Nevadan I greatly appreciate and fantastic deals! I always walk out with a dull goodie bag. This place made my whole day!!! As soon as I walked Kenny greeted me with such a beautiful vibe. The serenity in the way he described the merchandise sold me right away. It’s like he knew exactly what I wanted and it was my first time in!! S/O to Kenny for inviting me to join the VIP loyalty rewards program. This allowed me to save 15% off full priced items my first transaction since I was new here. SAVED ALMOST $100!!! THE BEST BUDTENDER IVE EVER COME ACROSS. LOVE that I got the opportunity to discover this dispensary! And it’s open 24 hours 🥺 a little under 25 minutes from Reno but now I can’t think of going anywhere else. Also thanks to Sean who pulled up towards the end of the transaction with the best smile! Shoutout to Nate the budtender at Pure Tonic — straight five-star service!! From the moment I walked in, Nate made the whole experience smooth, welcoming, and actually enjoyable. He’s incredibly knowledgeable without being pushy, really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and gave thoughtful recommendations that were spot-on. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right product, not just making a sale. His vibe is professional but laid-back, and he explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand whether you’re seasoned or brand new. The products he suggested were exactly what I needed quality, effective, and within my budget. Pure Tonic is lucky to have him.
