I took a little drivey drive to here after working door dash in Reno. Best money I spent. Deadass. I was complimented on my onesie the moment I walked in. The girls that worked tonight chatted it up with me and were just honestly some of the best customer service I’ve encountered. Now onto the dab. Holy cow (MOOO I’m over moon). The pure tonics brand is 👏. One hit of the grape ape X huckleberry diamonds is hitting!!! It giving diamond dot art or bedtime. You have choice. It’s giving I could fold my laundry and then take a well deserved nap after putting it away. PUTTING IT AWAY. The taste 🤤. Shoutout to Nate the budtender at Pure Tonic — straight five-star service!! From the moment I walked in, Nate made the whole experience smooth, welcoming, and actually enjoyable. He’s incredibly knowledgeable without being pushy, really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and gave thoughtful recommendations that were spot-on. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right product, not just making a sale. His vibe is professional but laid-back, and he explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand whether you’re seasoned or brand new. The products he suggested were exactly what I needed quality, effective, and within my budget. Pure Tonic is lucky to have him. At first I was disappointed to see a guy because I am so used to miss friendly Meg, however, Zach was a total baddy who was very knowledgeable and lead me around the stores noticing deals and Limited edition merch. I love this place for their awesome staff, great hours aka 24 hours which as a native Nevadan I greatly appreciate and fantastic deals! I always walk out with a dull goodie bag. The worst dispensary I’ve ever been to! All the states and the dispensaries I’ve been this one takes the cake for being the absolute most unhelpful worst experience I’ve had at a dispensary, I paid $43 for .8 gram cake cart no one made me aware that the cart was less then a gram this place is small over priced horrible workers. Hope you don’t waste your time or money like I did. When I suggest they communicate to new customer and make them aware what they are getting they acted like it was my fault cause it’s in the tiniest print I’ve ever seen. Every dispensary I go to in Cali is friendly and knowledgeable. Save your time and money and go elsewhere – Samantha Johnson
