managment cares about customer service and I believe encourages their bud tenders to use the first name on our id's to build rapport. This, customer service, is not something that feels as valued at other dispensaries and makes the experience here more noticeably unique and pleasant. The prices for quality is the best i've found, you can find super cheap bud everywhere but it is usually b-buds that dont get you as lit or for as long and I have never had an issue here as I always buy off the lowest tier and feel the high is not lacking. – xence labs
I looked at the menu online before going to the store to get an idea what I wanted and the price. Went to the store and first was ignored by 3 budtenders 2 of which weren't actually with a customer so probably doing online orders. When I mentioned the item I'd seen online for $x.xx was told "that's only for online orders". I said you realize how ridiculous that is right, that i can walk out and place the order on my phone in my car and get a discount? And the budtender was very defensive of this idiotic policy saying how important it is to get web traffic (apparently). So basically do not waste your time and go in the store for an in person interaction. Save your tip money and order online. Screw customers who have the nerve to shop in the store, and screw your employees out of tip money. They clearly don't want anyone to come in so don't. I will definitely be coming back to this dispensary. I walked in on a budget with $13. I was just going to get a gram. I was greeted by the friendliest and most helpful gentleman named Cardell. I told him I was on a budget and just wanting a gram. He asked me if I wanted an eighth instead. I was a little hesitant because I thought the quality would not work for me but he pulled out a big jar of beautiful stinky buds. I walked out with over an eighth of great quality buds, for the price of a good gram. My interaction with Cardell was nothing short amazing and the interaction brightened my day.
