Their menu isn't necessarily always my favorite but in my neighborhood Kaleafa clearly has the best storage practices or something because the product is often the freshest around, even on the bottom shelf. Sometimes the shelves seem pointless and arbitrary at dispos, but if you spend a little extra at Kaleafa it is obvious where the money went. Top shelf is truly top notch. I have the best luck on the 8 – 10 dollar gram shelves, but I always leave Kaleafa with a smile on my face. This has been consistent for almost a year. And believe me, I am a tough customer, look at my other dispensary reviews, all complaints. I am VERY particular, know exactly what I want, and I demand the best always. These guys are the only store I've never had a complaint with. Not one and I'm in there all of the time. Keep up the good work, guys, we need more shops that can be/stay consistent, but despite the insane amount of shops around no one seems able to pull it off to my standards. Kaleafa has raised the bar for real. To be clear this is my shop for flower only. I go to Oregrown or Natural Wonders for rosin. There are better shops if squish is your jam, but this is the spot for buds fo' sheezie – Dallin Sutherland

managment cares about customer service and I believe encourages their bud tenders to use the first name on our id's to build rapport. This, customer service, is not something that feels as valued at other dispensaries and makes the experience here more noticeably unique and pleasant. The prices for quality is the best i've found, you can find super cheap bud everywhere but it is usually b-buds that dont get you as lit or for as long and I have never had an issue here as I always buy off the lowest tier and feel the high is not lacking. – xence labs
