Place typically has good selection and fair prices. Only issue I've recently come across as med patient is that their med menu is far more limited than their recreational menu and they have stronger products available to recreational today than they do for med patients. Needless to say, that's backwards and not what the products were made available for. The solution was that I need to notify a team member of certain products I would like available for just one Sunday which would require frequent monitoring of both menus and then calling them in advance to just make sure certain product is available for a med patient – John E
5 stars for the staff and selection. The folks here are friendly, knowledgeable and chill. They always help make sure I'm getting the best deals, help when I have questions and overall just great to do business with. 2 stars on employee support. Not so great is Ethos needs to provide better accommodations for their workers. For a company, that in their own words is "cash-flow positive", they should be outfitting their stores better. Come on, y'all are making millions…buy the front desk some new chairs, decorate the space, and make sure you are paying your people a livable wage. But for real…buy new chairs. – Erin Scott
Today I walked into ethos…. And well it took a turn for the worse for someone else. An employee named “Collin” made her cry in line waiting for her MEDS. Not recreation but real medicine…. I felt so bad. Instantly I knew I couldn’t be served by the same person… instead I went to the next available person in hopes of a better turn out. As mad as I am for this lady’s interaction with Collin. I was served by a kid named “Josh” who assisted me the best he could. I’m really impressed by the professionalism Josh portrayed even with that whole thing going on. 1/5 stars for Collin…. 5/5 for Josh. Sad that they would hire employees that make medical patients cry like that.. PLEASE Change! – Renegade Returned
I visit ethos watetrown as often as possible. They have great promotion frequently, it's worth the ride. I'm from Leominster MA. With a med license and I'd prefer to visit here.
