The customer service at Ethos was 5 stars from the moment I walked in. Refreshingly, the cashier and manager were both eager and proactive in resolving some confusion during my checkout process. Absolutely horrible service every time I've gone in- forgetful, careless, slow, and occasionally straight-up rude staff. They haven't been accepting credit cards for months now and haven't bothered to fix the issue in their system. Good prices though. 😞 – curdled eyeballs
Place typically has good selection and fair prices. Only issue I've recently come across as med patient is that their med menu is far more limited than their recreational menu and they have stronger products available to recreational today than they do for med patients. Needless to say, that's backwards and not what the products were made available for. The solution was that I need to notify a team member of certain products I would like available for just one Sunday which would require frequent monitoring of both menus and then calling them in advance to just make sure certain product is available for a med patient – John E
