He checked my points offered me either a discount or promo products for my balance and had suggestions that were well thought out. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Never explaining policies when others have to pick up for orders. Thousands of points were lost on my end because I was not notified of this. The deals I was getting were shadowed by them having to charge more to the person picking up for me since they had a new account. Never notifying in person picking up nor myself on why we were paying more. I got excuse after excuse after excuse. My thousands of dollars I spend on cannabis will be going to s better business. – B
