Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Never explaining policies when others have to pick up for orders. Thousands of points were lost on my end because I was not notified of this. The deals I was getting were shadowed by them having to charge more to the person picking up for me since they had a new account. Never notifying in person picking up nor myself on why we were paying more. I got excuse after excuse after excuse. My thousands of dollars I spend on cannabis will be going to s better business. – B
