My second time visiting this spot and I have gotten a warm welcoming every time. The staff is always willing to help and they take their time to listen to what you like even if you don’t really know. They explain the difference between the brands and the products. And if they don’t have what you are looking, they will find a comparable item for you. This place is well stocked and the people are so personable! Me and my aunt came in looking for some products to help us relax and manage pain relief, and Cami helped us through every step. I recommend QUALITY Roots the staff is very engaging. It’s not packed. Everything is very visual. You can see everything they’re willing to help you out almost everybody in there. Says hi to you. Welcome the guy that takes your ID. He’s cool as heck. It’s overall very good environment. I have an account there so if you have a bit to a QUALITY Roots, I suggest you guys go cause you will have a good experience so honestly thank you QUALITY Roots and they also understand that I have a hard problem with reading and writing a bit of understanding a little and they wouldn’t explain how to product works where it came from which is really Cool and they seem like their knowledgeable and not afraid to ask or answer any questions you may have, which is awesome so I give QUALITY Roots five stars so thanks again QUALITY Roots the owner QUALITY Roots thank you for hiring. This was our first visit and absolutely every employee we encountered was pleasant and helpful. And when we left whatever if it's procedure I felt valued as a customer all the way to the door, was told to have a good day with my first name and Luke was amazingly super patient and helpful.
