This location is so conveniently close to my house. Leah is my favorite person to see when I come up there!! Everybody in there is good peoples but Leah is the like mom of the group that’s gone make sure you get taken care of. It sounds corny but when I walk in the store and see her smiling back at me it’s like that good old going to favorite auntie house and she be like “chance you are anything today baby?” And like yeah. Went in this evening to get my goodies and unfortunately my shopping experience today was NOT very welcoming. This lady in the attached pic did not greet us when we walked in, she never approached us to ask if we needed any help nor did she ask if we had any questions. She was not friendly at all!! We had to approach her to put our order in and she was extremely DRY. To top it off I watched her with several other individuals and she gave the same DRY attitude. She needs some coaching on floor manners especially working with the public. – Courtney Beaner
