Only give a two star because they have good products. But I’m giving low rating due to their unwholesome sales tactics. They are big on bait-and-switching. They push you on getting products that are new on discount, but then now have taken away all the discounts a couple weeks later related and don’t plan on having any comeback. This was my first time at Zen leaf. I've driven by their other locations but they just opened their new one recently on fort Apache. Their specials are fantastic and I knew it was going to be busy if I went in to place my order but the line moved very quickly and service was great. Usually come here and have a great experience. This go around I spent over $300 on an online order and got home and everything I purchased was DRY. It was their anniversary and everything in the store was on sale. Wish I would’ve waited now I feel like I wasted my money and the budtender failed to inform me the bud was dry even though I’m unable to touch any of it. This was very disappointing not sure if I will be returning. Never thought it would be possible to purchase two ounces of dry bud. I feel like instead of a customer I was treated like a sale. ZenLeaf was becoming my primary dispensary choice but not any more. – Christina Ray
