Only give a two star because they have good products. But I’m giving low rating due to their unwholesome sales tactics. They are big on bait-and-switching. They push you on getting products that are new on discount, but then now have taken away all the discounts a couple weeks later related and don’t plan on having any comeback. Great dispensary! The new location looks nice inside, almost like a bookstore for bud 😆 plus they have a drive thru! (Wasn’t operational just yet at my last visit but will be soon) The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. Robert, who has assisted me a couple of times, is the absolute chillest, most helpful tender. Always greeting you with a smile and chill vibes. They have great deals/sales daily, the app is easy to use and the rewards stack up so easily. – Brandi Mejia
UPDATE- Spoke to John from Zen. Hw basically told me I normally would not get a smell proof bag unless I purchase loose flower. This was lie number one Then John told me I needed to update my google review to 4 or 5 stars. For that he wanted to offer me 15% off as a bribe. I found this insulting as just promising me a smellproof bag in the future would have made me update the review. Bribing me without offering to fix the problem only made me update it to one star and I will not be back to Zen. John can call and bully someone else into changing their honest review. END OF UPDATE I loved the location and prices. That being said, they put my purchase in a paper bag, not a smell proof mylar bag like, I thought, is the law. Giving me this bag is coating 2 stars from what otherwise would be a 5 star review. Not thinking about it, I stopped at Walmart on my way home, and when I came out my whole car smelled like weed. I love Zen products, but will probably not be back here because I like to be discreet with my marijuana use, and shopping here makes that impossible. – Benjamin Tomas
