My first visit. Very friendly and welcoming immediately when entering, checked in quickly. Neshalett was knowledgeable and helpful with products and suggestions for what we said we were interested in purchasing that day. The entire Ascend team is always wonderful. Grace was exceptional last night! She is always so pleasant and helpful!!!! She was sweet and went the extra mile, per usual, to make my visit stress free! She is a gem who’s warm energy permeates after the visit. Good customer service is rare, having people on your counter that have your customers smiling all the way to their car is even more rare but Grace did just that for me last night with her kindness that turned a very stressful Day around in just a few minutes! I stopped in to Ascend Newton today just bcuz I saw a special online that interested me. I hadn't planned on visiting otherwise. When that deal I had seen didn't show up in the system, Emma & her supervisor made sure to make it right anyway based on what the website showed, and I sincerely appreciate that kindness from them both.
