She is a gem who’s warm energy permeates after the visit. Good customer service is rare, having people on your counter that have your customers smiling all the way to their car is even more rare but Grace did just that for me last night with her kindness that turned a very stressful Day around in just a few minutes! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The Bud Bar is a fun twist. Great promos/perks too. I usually get what I think is a house brand, Ozone – it nevvver let's me down ;) The rep from the Good Vibes promotion this evening was also knowledgeable and friendly – and engaging. Today my budtender was Marisa and as always delivered excellent customer service!!
