Place is always busy. Definitely need more budtenders around 5. All the workers are usually great though! My biggest issue is the misleading online advertisements. Disappointed with the way the pricing is advertised online. A pre-roll was shown as $8.50 crossed out with “from $6.80” displayed prominently in red, which makes it look like the item is currently on sale for $6.80. I added two to my cart expecting that advertised price, only to get to checkout and see they were still $8.50 each. Apparently, the $6.80 price only applies if you spend $100+ to qualify for a 20% discount. I understand having minimum-purchase promotions, but then advertise it as “$8.50 — $6.80 with $100+ purchase,” instead of presenting $6.80 like it’s the current sale price. The promotion itself isn’t my issue — it’s the way the price is displayed. It feels unnecessarily misleading and wastes customers’ time when they don’t find out what they’re actually paying until checkout – Jason Bourne

Whether you're a medical patient or shopping recreationally, the team at Zen Leaf is always helpful. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions without making you feel like you're being rushed through the line. They know their products and can actually explain the differences instead of just pointing you toward a shelf. The building is clean, updated, and welcoming, with a large parking lot so finding a spot is never an issue. The whole experience is efficient and well organized from start to finish. They also have some merch available inside, which was a fun surprise. The only complaint I have is they need to add hats and hoodies to the lineup. Great staff, great atmosphere, and consistently good service every time I've visited. – Ashley Gray
Great place, super local, good selection. Staff is very helpful, w a special shout out to the girl at front desk with the pink hair, i don't know her name but she has honestly helped me multiple times getting the feel of the ordering and the place in general. I did one star as it won’t let me leave a 0 0 stars!!!! 😠 I was actually quite surprised by the treatment that I received today. Being a medical patient for six years now and this was a terrible and shocking experience. Ya they were busy and if you’re in the customer service department then you need to have some sort of professional kindness and patience. He was so rude and told me I need to shop at only one dispensary for a faster check out. Never did I complain and he sure did I was waiting patiently and he comes out all aggravated that it took a min longer if that. I asked if any rules changed to be told I should shop at Only that dispensary for speedy checkout I don’t need speedy checkout I am medical and what I need is the correct meds at the best price. I usually get better discounts and products I prefer elsewhere and this is a few mins from my house. I will Never return to Naugatuck again as I already have anxiety disorder and don’t need to be nervous about how I will be treated as this was the worst experience by far 0 stars Recommend anyone who reads this take the ride to Waterbury they are not only kind they are funny and I always leave with a smile. Today I left shaking and upset and that’s avoidiable by hiring kind workers not mean ones who are rushing you out the door we should be welcomed and never pushes away – Sarah A
