Just left Trulieve. Damira was awesome she worked with me getting substitutions from my order made sure I had everything. Such a pleasure having Damira as my Bud Tender. This young ladies, customer service, people skills, courteous, very knowledgeable with all strains and the store ordering system. This young lady deserves a RAISE. So I came in yesterday afternoon and allowed the girl to talk me into a super eighth, she noted you get more for the price of an eighth. So I drive home and noticed it was only an eighth, I called the store and they looked it up and apologized for there mistake. They noted my account and told me to come in the next day so they can make it right. The next morning I went in to square up, and I was treated like shit!! His eyes told me I was full of shit, then he mentioned they discounted $15 for me if you can believe it, I had $15 credit coming my way anyways??? There's more to it, let's just say i can't do business with an outfit that has zero integrity, and no they didn't fix the issue!! – Lee A
Been here for over 30 minutes waiting. Go to Sedona. Much faster and better staffed. they have one person working with about 20 people in line in cottonwood. If you’re coming here, expect to wait a while. You can drive to Sedona and back faster than the service in cottonwood. The front desk hostess was amazing though! – Dylan Kopf
The staff is always super friendly and helpful! They go above and beyond making sure that I get what I need for my scoliosis and amputation. My pain management is very important to me and I always get good suggestions and recommendations. 11/10 will always recommend. – Teyra Goodwin
This location is amazing. I was super grateful for the amazing deals that have at signup for first time visitors. They also have a selection of products that are new arrivals and or discounted products. Their prices were the most fair of all the different dispensaries I have been too. They have both medicinal and recreational products available. Thank you to the amazing service I received from being checked in to the bud-tenders behind the bar with their wealth of information. They have atms on site in side if you need them. From what I hear those with medical cards are able to pay at checkout with a normal checkout process.
