Just left Trulieve. Damira was awesome she worked with me getting substitutions from my order made sure I had everything. Such a pleasure having Damira as my Bud Tender. This young ladies, customer service, people skills, courteous, very knowledgeable with all strains and the store ordering system. This young lady deserves a RAISE. This location is amazing. I was super grateful for the amazing deals that have at signup for first time visitors. They also have a selection of products that are new arrivals and or discounted products. Their prices were the most fair of all the different dispensaries I have been too. They have both medicinal and recreational products available. Thank you to the amazing service I received from being checked in to the bud-tenders behind the bar with their wealth of information. They have atms on site in side if you need them. From what I hear those with medical cards are able to pay at checkout with a normal checkout process. I am a medical patient that placed an online order. Order was incorrect, I had to go back into store and wait, to be told the product that I ordered they didnt have so they just put something else in it's place. So basically I paid for a product I did not order and was not notified of the change. Do better Trulieve. – K Mill
Been here for over 30 minutes waiting. Go to Sedona. Much faster and better staffed. they have one person working with about 20 people in line in cottonwood. If you’re coming here, expect to wait a while. You can drive to Sedona and back faster than the service in cottonwood. The front desk hostess was amazing though! – Dylan Kopf
