Got recommended to go to this place so i decided to give it a shot. Placed a online order that was a smooth transition the drive to the dispensary is nice too (I am in Connecticut) once I got there it was a pleasant experience as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and I had my ID scanned then I went in and my order was ready and waiting for me. It was packed very carefully and they double checked to make sure everything was there i paid and I was out in less than 5 minutes it was a very easy and friendly experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer! – Michelle

They didn’t have what I needed, but were very polite, recommended another store and researched the name and phone number for me without my requesting, writing the information on a post it. Great place, was there when It opened and it's always been the best,I now live closer to the chicopee one but it also has a great vibe and great medical products. Been to alot of dispensaries and Theory is the Bestest…. Thank you! Update: my goto dispensary IS Theory! Chicopee is my home base,tho I harkin from Granville. The folks are really helpful and patient, as a medical user I really appreciate the attention to the fact some of us not only enjoy the uplifting side effects of cannabis but also the discovery of its actual medical benefits.
