This store is pretty awesome. Their Theory brand flower is outstanding. Staff is usually super nice. Lily is awesome and super helpful, and actually cares if the customer enjoys the experience there. I had a not so pleasant experience with the manager a few weeks ago that would generally make me stop shopping at a store, but the flower and Lilly make up for the managers poor conduct. I was so pleased with my visit to Theory Wellness yesterday. I brought an older friend with me who is completely new to Cannabis. She has been intrigued for many years, but hesitant to jump in and try it. Yesterday as we were driving through Great Barrington I said, “Come on, we’re stopping in to check it out”. She was excited. Luckily it wasn’t busy at that time, and we were able to ask a few questions about different products. I regret not getting the name of the woman who helped us. She was so pleasant, and took the time to explain everything to us. Being from NY I’ve been to Theory Wellness many times in the past before NY became legal, but after yesterday’s trip I may start taking the drive back out there because the prices in NY are so high. Theory Wellness is affordable, and I’m really impressed by the customer service. – Deborah Halas
Extremely helpful staff. They didn’t have what I needed, but were very polite, recommended another store and researched the name and phone number for me without my requesting, writing the information on a post it. Felt very professional and wellness oriented, and the clientele felt adult as opposed to other dispensaries. More pharmacy than Pineapple Express. – Michael Abraham
Great place, was there when It opened and it's always been the best,I now live closer to the chicopee one but it also has a great vibe and great medical products. Been to alot of dispensaries and Theory is the Bestest…. Thank you! Update: my goto dispensary IS Theory! Chicopee is my home base,tho I harkin from Granville. The folks are really helpful and patient, as a medical user I really appreciate the attention to the fact some of us not only enjoy the uplifting side effects of cannabis but also the discovery of its actual medical benefits.
