I have loved coming to 365. I have been a regular for quite some time but unfortunately had a terrible experience the last time I was at the store. I’m a designated provider for a medical user. I don’t even smoke myself but I always try to make sure I find the correct terpenes that will provide the correct effects. This typically makes me take a longer time to find the correct flower especially depending on what’s in stock. There’s a specific employee that always seems to love being helpful and has a great personality and attitude. Unfortunately the last time I took a longer time to find the correct strain and flower I needed and ran into some issues with my card. My phone unfortunately died during the process. The specific employee that’s always helpful was more than happy to charge my phone as he could tell I was having a hard time. Keep in mind I was spending nearly $100 on an order and have been here multiple times and have never just walked out and not made a purchase. I even tipped earlier this day as I had made a seperate purchase but came back later for flower I wanted to purchase on 4/20. Jesse decided to raise his voice, cuss me out and get angry/aggressive and tell me no I couldn’t charge my phone as I had been there too long and that my transaction was considered loitering because I was just “hanging out in the store”. I understand you have your policies but that does not give you any right to talk to me in such a rude and disrespectful manner. I have been nothing but respectful to your employees. After loving this dispo I am now reconsidering going to other locations as after that experience why even spend my money here. – Julius
The people have been great and service is always quick. The flower though just doesn’t seem high enough quality for the value. I can go down the street and get significantly higher quality bud for around the same price. 365 definitely has a more local, smaller dispo feel, and I still go here often for convenience. But if we’re talking purely about the quality of the flower, I just honestly have had better experiences elsewhere. – Tristin

Their product supply beats and exceeds any dispensary in the area and their prices make my wallet happy! Thank you so much! So impressed! All the staff seemed chill and smiling, not confused or unhappy. I got the pleasure of talking to Bren, and she was so knowledgeable and even though I know a lot, she was able to find me something I hadnt had. I didnt come in telling her I wanted something new, I just gave a price and said what I was going to do. She was awesome AND fast. And then, she made sure to tell me the deals and let me know their was a new person discount. Really rad experience and I have told my family and friends and we are coming back. – Anastasia H
This place is my go to. The people are dope and the products are super friendly. 😉🫠. Everyone in there is an awesome person in their own way, but, I have to shout out Devin. I kept coming in right after my favorite concentrate sold out(I’m not going to name drop because I don’t want to have to compete to buy them again). Devin noticed I was looking for them and said he would get it sorted. He placed an extra order so that they would be in stock when I came in again. He walked me straight over to them when I came in today. I’ll drive out of my way for this place forever now. Seriously, check them out. – Nicholas Johnson
