I have been a loyal customer for years. The store would not give me my wisdom discount because my daughter picked up the online order for me. They have always done this..its an online order where my info is stored. The girl at the counter was rude, as was the guy at the front door. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and attitude from the staff. When I called to discuss, I was told it was store policy. Then train all the staff so they are consistent. I will be going to Green Lady from now on. Their prices and daily discounts for their customers are excellent. 420 is no comparison. Pretty pissed at the treatment my daughter received as well as myself. You just lost a very loyal customer. – Vanessa Butler
We left. The employees did not seem to want to help folks, cash machine was down and the woman behind the counter just stood there ripping the employee for putting an out of order sign on it…….and then stood there and watched everyone wait. And wait.And wait. What is up with their customer service? Guy at the door was AWESOME but the rest just made it NOT worth it so we left.
