I have been a loyal customer for years. The store would not give me my wisdom discount because my daughter picked up the online order for me. They have always done this..its an online order where my info is stored. The girl at the counter was rude, as was the guy at the front door. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and attitude from the staff. When I called to discuss, I was told it was store policy. Then train all the staff so they are consistent. I will be going to Green Lady from now on. Their prices and daily discounts for their customers are excellent. 420 is no comparison. Pretty pissed at the treatment my daughter received as well as myself. You just lost a very loyal customer. – Vanessa Butler

Love this chain, love the staff, love the deals… HATE the door at the capitol location.. it's a safety issue.. have been assaulted by the door and considering how many elderly and small dogs walk through that door, why isn't it fixed?! I won't even go to this location because of the door.. how dumb is that? Please fix the door and I will edit my review to 5 stars.. all other locations have it.. just this one gets one star for your dangerous door.
