Tom has been so helpful the few times we have been in and worked with him! And everyone else as well! They are all super knowledgeable of the products! A while ago they turned me onto the Nove (which have become my absolute favorite edibles) but that haven’t had them in for a while and they have been giving us some good suggestions and replacements until more come in! My boyfriend and I love this place and we will never go anywhere else! Everyone is so nice and so helpful and they are our go to! (Side note! I stopped by Alpine Essentials last year while on a trip and was really impressed with the place. The staff was super friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and help me find exactly what I was looking for. They had a great selection of products, and the prices were very reasonable. I ended up grabbing a bunch of stuff for my friends back home. The whole vibe of the place was relaxed and welcoming. I was not expecting such great service or to run into such a knowledgeable professional staff. I worked with Rachael and Tom. Tom was very knowledgeable, very comfortable to work with. Rachael was a font of excellent information and support in the health areas I had concerns in. There was not a question I had where she didn't have a solid answer. I have been to other shops in Boulder and have felt like a number or sales target – but NOT here.. Rachael and Tom were a breath of fresh air with real knowledge and fantastic customer service. I did not feel out of place or talked down to. I felt like my needs actually mattered. I had been very hesitant to try anything I would need, but they made it possible for me make informed decisions and with zero pressure. I am already benefitting from what I purchased. Love Alpine Essentials. was going to a competitor f9r a while and then decided to swing in. The staff is AMAZING. I mean seriously, they truly care. They aren't their just for tips and money, they want to help make sure you get your needs met. Not only that they offer awesome deals and they are all inclusive on pricing. No extras, u know exactly what your gonna pay walking out the door. Apline essentials know exactly the proper way to handle the sales of THC and others should truly see what they are doing. Oh! have them tell you about their partnership to earn u cash back on products as well. Who wouldn't want that?! This place is great. I’ve been a regular for about 2 years and even though the Springs legalized recreational, I still drive about 25 mins out to visit Alpine in Palmer and that is because of the staff. The rewards system is another great benefit. I love the happy hour option. The staff is always welcome and warm, they always have a smile on their faces & always ready to talk about or educate me on a product. I will say sometimes I forget the happy hour times & so I’ll check out the social media on IG but it seems inactive as there are no posts since 2024 that I could see. I would suggest getting someone to run the social media to keep it more current and updated-especially to broadcast all the great benefits and monthly deals for the shop.
