What People Are Saying

Much better selection and price than other local chain shops. Friendly staff that are very knowledgeable and happy to talk bud with ya. I recommend Anoka C.C. to anyone that currently uses other facilities. – Mikey Nitro

The store looked great and felt more welcoming than other places I’ve visited around the cities. I picked up some gummies and a preroll on my first visit. So far, so good. Vape cartridge prices are pretty high right now so maybe wait on that until it comes down. Overall, a good experience. – Patrick T

Be prepared to spend 45 minutes before you even get to look at the products The prices are high compared to any other dispensary I've been to. I thought the selection was quite good. A lot of variety of flower. My biggest problem is that the building seems like it was designed by someone who has no working knowledge of a dispensary. The id scan barely works, the lobby can only fit 8 people comfortably and they must always run on a skeleton shift because there are only 3 or 4 people there working. – Robot_Squirrel

(Summary at the bottom) Definitely wasn't too impressed with the store itself nor the menu. The lobby/ wait area feels like a closet where you get to sit barely 4 feet from strangers with wait times longer than anticipated/ what was told upon entering. The actual store part of this dispensary is well thought out with a knowledgeable and friendly manager. These were the only two pleasantries of my first and only trip here. As for the menu/ what they have to offer: $60 for an 1/8th (or 4 grams as they sell it) is INSANE! I understand the current market isn't necessarily consumer friendly yet but such blatant price gouging is ridiculous. After deciding that spending ~$15 per gram wasn't worth it I asked for a vape (which they were sold out of) which was disappointing, but also thankful because after looking on the online menu, $80 for a 1g cart (that's not even live rosin) is also absurd. Seeing as my first 2 options weren't available/ too expensive for what they were, I asked the budtender/ manager what they'd recommend to which they pointed out their edibles and beverage selections, praising them in high regard. Under the impression that this was an actual dispensary, I decided to trust their recommendations and walked out with 2 packs of gummies as well as a few beverages for around $60 which honestly isn't too bad, even when compared to other states with established adult-use markets. That was until I got home and started reading the ingredients of the products purchased. Every. Single. One. is made with "hemp derived THC" AKA the edibles currently sold at ACCO are '2018 farm bill compliant' and could be purchased at any gas station or smoke shop. These products being 'derived from hemp' typically means that the CBD found from hemp plants is converted to THC via solvents and strong acids. This cyclization not only removes the product further from being "natural" but also introduces harmful compounds to the product. Something I personally try to stay away from and wish I was told from the beginning that those products use "Artificially Derived Cannabinoids" as the state of Minnesota defines them as. TLDR: Steep prices, limited options, and dishonest products have tainted this dispensary for me for the time being. With the only good things I can say being the manager was friendly as well the actual salesfloor having a good layout and aesthetic, the reason for 2/5 stars. – Guy

I’m more than happy that Anoka was one of the lucky cities to receive a dispensary. Especially one that’s so well curated and friendly. I’m very satisfied with this place. – Machosity
