I use to love to come her but the staff has declined. While the prices may be nice, some of the stuff is not. I travel from a long way weekly to come here and the last two times I came i have bought 5 battery's each time. Both times I told the staff and they said bring the receipt with in 7 days. The 1st time I had thrown the receipt away so boo to me this time I brought it and they said SORRY 3 days!! 10 batteries 3 total worked and the staff member who checked me out today is the same lady I spoke to before and told me well if they suck I personally wouldn't buy em again!! WOW what a way to promote your stuff but wont fix it when It goes wrong yet today she told me ahe had 2 that worked. Good for her!! I dont! . I come here weekly from out of state spend 100 to 200 $ each as does ny husband. I dont think ill be coming back – Jennifer Nguyen
Wow! This place is so unassuming, but they have great selection, incredible customer service and decent prices! Parking is easy and even though it is a little off the beaten path, it is conveniently located for people in Liberty Lake, Newman Lake, Otis Orchards and the Valley. – M. Lake

Why are your employees so stuck up and rude? Update: I'm not gonna bother wasting my time like I already did walking into this location the other day and attempting to talk to your employees. If talking to managers at this location worked then your employees wouldnt feel entitled to act like that. This location has bad customer service and your products are very expensive compared to other shops in the area. Your return policy is also garbage. You need to do better. – Rose Parker
King was my bud-tender, kept a smile, made conversation, and not one mistake in the slightest. I usually will come in, tell the person assisting me the price range and "ill let you choose" King met the prices 100% without having to double checking the prices (Even with your current discount).
