Arizona Organix Dispensary

Question – If you tell someone give me the same thing as last time. The salesperson brings you a fraction of what you got last time. You say that is not what I got last time. They look it up and return with more items. Unfortunately, the AZ Organix did not verify what I got last time and took offense when I pointed this out. After getting the additional items, listed on my previous order, the salesperson got butthurt, saying I wasn't clear. If I would have said "Look it up and give me every item I got last time would have made it easy. They also could have thought I was trying to tell them how to do their job. It was available to look up and verify in the computer. Someone with initiative would have verified what I wanted or do what the salesperson AZ Organix did, assumed without verifying. We all make mistakes, however not everyone can own it. My mistake was not saying look it up and give me that. Az Organix mistake is not having previous orders verified, when it is right there to be done. Initiative is something you have the ability to take or not. You can't pay people to have the ability to take it. I am one of the first customers and have seen changes. If there is a written training plan, I would suggest verifying orders is added to it. I would hate to think there is written guidance and it is just not getting followed. Or even worse, there is no written guidance at all. Naw, that couldn't be the case. – john

Came for the amazingly diverse selection. I continue going though for the superb knowledge and customer care that Sherina provides. Her knowledge of the industry and the products are never short. She always has great recommendations and I will continue to shop at AZO as long as she is there. – Vincent Kallak

To whom it may concern first off website says premium flower $15 starting show my cart that I pre-ordered says premium flour medical edibles so we’re talking about my medicine now lady was arguing with me saying all our flowers premium to lie. They want to charge you $40 for their premium and on top of that I asked to speak with the manager, Sarah. Sarah was unavailable asked another coworker. Sarah was there. I said screw it walked out. Got in my car. Customer is always right so I walked back into the dispensary and Sarah took off running around the corner and they told me she was unavailable. No, I have no meds no gas in vehicle living off disability can’t believe it. Thank you so much, Sarah. – Brian Lopez

I am so bummed that I have to write this, but I will never buy anything from Arizona Organix again. We have shopped with them for years with no issuse. They sell trim as shake, knowing that they are not even close to the same thing. The management offered no solution to that issue with my order. Said they can not do any kind of retun or exchange with flower. The funny part was that there was like no flower in my bag, it was 99% leaf trim. 🤣 – Mike Keel

More than anything, my feelings are hurt. Been coming here for almost 10 years my favorite bud tender was always Michah. Today I walked in limping because of a leg injury mind you I get my kiosk water and whoever went on lunch at 5:10pm today 5/12 could at least got a different bartender for me or at least. Let me know you’re going to lunch. I’m not looking for sympathy by any means just for a little help if you clearly see, I’m limping and holding onto the pole in line. By help, I’m not standing there and no one’s helping me. I’m almost in tears in pain feeling shameful not anyone would ask if I need help because obviously I had an order from the kiosk. And to be told You’re starring and just walk away? Come on man not cool. Anyway, shout out to Micah I’m gonna miss you.
