I deleted my bad review because it seems like they got rid of a girl who was a huge problem! Thank you for taking care of that problem. The way I was treated by her for trying to do my job is insane. Don't usually go out of my way to leave bad reviews unless it seems necessary. I updated mine to 4 stars instead of 1. I would try this place out now that I know she's gone. – Tess Weaber

Great staff, great product. Way better then most and the prices are way better then other dispensaries. 1 gram of wax for 13.00dollars? Wow, great price. So respectful and nice in here as well. I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent experience at Ascend. After being referred by several friends, I expected a welcoming and professional environment. Instead, the atmosphere felt disjointed and uncomfortable. What was most off-putting, however, was that an employee — was actively trying to sell his personal Pokémon and Final Fantasy cards while working. I come to a dispensary to purchase cannabis, not to be pitched unrelated side hustles. It felt unprofessional and completely out of place. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one was far from what I’d expect from a reputable dispensary. Updated: The owners don’t care about customer feedback, I emailed what I was told by an employee at the store was the owners/ managers email to talk about my experience and I never heard back from them, not only do they have super low stock on there products there employees are rude and don’t care to try and help walk you through the different options: DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL TAKEN CARE OF!! – Alice Kent
