The staff was helpful, I have med card but stopped in with my friend I got $10 for joining their club and earned $5 off with my purchase. I called to make sure I could use both, they have a really good preroll I enjoy but was RUDELY told by the call center rep that they will not allow me to use both. She almost screamed over me as I was still asking another question. Go elsewhere. I may go get my prerolls but I can do the same at my dispensary but I'm not throwing out $15. I will say the Boston staff were great and very helpful because I never did rec before and I wish I got her name she was great. The call center sucks and is going to have all locations out of business with her nasty, speaking over the customer service that sucked. So with so many choices only due to the treatment I received I say don't go to ascend they should go out of business or fire the call center lady on at 11:20 Fri 6 /13 – Kristin Oconnor

Whenever I have a problem that’s easily solved the managers give stupid excuses as to why they can’t help. I just left the store, hoping to exchange store credits for a defective battery. The manager said there is nothing she can do because it “seems like I bought it over a month ago”. Even though it’s brand new without a scratch, and it’s not working. This is the fourth time I’ve gotten cheap, easily broken accessories from there and I will no longer be recommending this place to anyone. I’ve been a member since they first opened and it’s only been going down hill since. Anothy and the other woman manager need to be fired. First their workers go on strike for wage theft and now this… – Zawadi Dore-Tyrell
