I was a loyal customer for about a year and spent hundred at their store. Unfortunately, I lost a package while on my way out and someone stole it. When trying to rectify the situation, not only were they unhelpful, they treated me as if I were trying to pull one over on them, as if I were lying. I won’t be coming back, Pure Oasis has a 2/$12 special and supports local/MA farms. I’m really disappointed and hurt at this experience. – Jasmine Carrothers
Alexys was amazing! Very friendly informative and helpful. The store is beautiful, clean and easy to navigate. Prices are AMAZING, esp for being in Boston next to td garden.
