Best despensory experience ive had. I walked by someone wearing an Ascend hoodie and asked what it was. They replied with “its a despensary down the street they have awesome deals.” Their hame was Miles. Very awesome. Wenwerenthen greeted by Will.?Will was so extremely helpful. Will gave my uncle and I an amazing deal and signed me up for the rewards. John W. And Mike M are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Im not very smart. So i dont use the ipad to order. Such a beautiful shop right in the middle of boston. Two floors with so many beautiful displays and easy ways to place an order. the staff was very friendly and the options were abundant. Definitely a place to stop by when in the city if you want a unique experience! – Nashally Tejeda

The customer service is inconsistent and unreliable. The policy clearly states you can exchange product within 30 days, but in particular this one employee, an old bald white dude is super rude everytime I visit. I was speaking to someone who was clearly the manager and he was interjecting into our conversation and telling her what to do. Some employees act like you are trying to pull one over them, I was literally being interrogated. All I wanted to do was exchange a Cart from less than a week ago.
