Ascend Cannabis Dispensary - Carroll

First time here. Had a great experience. Actually made a mistake while setting up my account so they were unable to find my order but it all got sorted out. When you set up an account online Make sure to use your legal first and last name on your account so they can find it! Like I said everything got sorted out 👍 The wait to go inside was very short (5-ish minutes), in total i was there probably only 15 minutes. Everyone was very polite, very informative and very professional. My first experience at a dispensary could not have been any better. Best one I've ever gone to. I've been here 3 times now. This location is more out of my way than some places in my city. The extra drive is worth it though. Ascend is the greatest! Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to talk to. The product selection is great and so are the sales. The facility itself is well kept and intelligently set up. I love that you have bathrooms positioned immediately behind the waiting area when you first walk in. The first time I came here, I was thinking "I hope they have a bathroom" on the way there. And it couldn't be in a more convenient spot. I love the convenience, the short lines, the quick time between placing an order and picking it up. It's all great. Employees are so knowledgeable and helpful. I went in not really knowing what i needed for sure. They were all to happy to show me many options, I ended up getting a sale. Definitely recommend them. This was my first visit and I was in and out in less than 15 min. – Tammi Friedrich

I use to love this place, been gone since they opened as a medical marijuana patient, I spend about $7000 a year, I put an order in. It says it was being prepared and because of the snow emergency they were closed that next day, it was canceled, so I called ascend. They told me they didn’t have any control over that, but yet they started to begin filling my order. But it was still canceled, they told me, I’d have to actually go to the store and see if they will honor the products that was on sale, but in the past, they use to always take care of it, by calling the manager at the facility, and now, for some reason, they won’t take care of it. They act like it’s a separate company that they don’t represent.Pretty sad customer service for a medical patients that they don’t care about. – Tracy Langston

This is a really nice dispensary in Carroll. I frequent a lot. The deals are good. The staff is great the dispensary itself, clean, comfortable and quick. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to get some good medicine come here. – amir khezr
