Ascends locations ascend above expectations. Seriously though this is a nice location with a very nice layout inside and out with parking being very easy and not congested with early to midday hours but I don't know about the evening because I'm not ever here then. Staff is very intelligible about what products they have and is very willing to communicate their experiences with said products. Highly recommend to all my fellow connoisseurs of marijuana. I went in a couple of days ago and had a great experience. It was my first time visiting this store, everything was well organized and the process flowed much smoother than other dispensaries I’ve been to. The staff were all very friendly, especially the woman at the register, Kaylee, who helped me out. Kaylee was very knowledgeable and gave me a great product recommendation based on my preferences. Terrible front desk service. Understood we came in at the last minute, but it took us two minutes to place our order. I just got off of work, so I had no other time to come, I was only picking up one item. The security guard outside told us it was okay to go in, otherwise we would have turned around. She was an older woman with curly hair, who while we finished checking out literally came to the back and made a face. Unnecessary. I work in customer service, so I understand. But never would I ever mutter to a last minute guest "jesus christ" and roll my eyes when they were about to walk away from me. I've been at my job all day too and didn't complain. She could have been more professional about it though. I know we're all human and get frustrated, I was frustrated too and sped to get there. I'm only giving two for the rest of the staff that weren't rude about it. – Juliana Zigman

Where do I start? The beautiful young ladies Kaylee, Sandy, and Ms.Nana Almarez all helped me and were so kind. They all hold specific traits that a loyal customer would never forget.Sandy helps me to make a decision whenever im stuck and don’t know what to pick. Kaylee is so welcoming and fun. Her energy alone makes me happy. Nana is so talented when it comes to conversation and being so open.
