Mike was exceptional and provided great customer service. He made sure I received all the discounts available, and I really appreciated his help. However, I was disappointed by an interaction I had with Brooke when I first arrived and was having trouble with the kiosk. If someone appears to need assistance and there are no other customers waiting, it would be more professional to approach them directly rather than yelling across to other employees that they need help. Situations like that can make customers feel uncomfortable. As someone with over 15 years of customer service experience, I believe strong people skills and professionalism make a big difference in how customers feel during their visit.
