Ascend Cannabis Dispensary Outlet - Century Ave

I arrived at the store, made a selection in the computer, paid the money. Simply herb Blue Dream 3.5g. While leaving the store I noticed the package had 2 labels, so I peeled back the top label, it said Banana Daddy, different test results, different test month/day. I went back into the dispensary and asked for a properly labeled package, the woman directed to deal with the situation took some time, but then proceeded some transaction in the computer and gave me a package with a single label, Blue Dream 3.5g. Both packages appear to contain the same product. Something resembling marijuana, but without any THC, but plenty of chemicals. Also the person handled the double label package informed me that both brand I purchased is that dispensaries brand, created and distributed by another part of their company. So if the labels are real, how did a product exactly like the overwritten label, end up in the package two months prior? You see, it's not possible. Something criminal is going on at this dispensary, or within its corporate conglomerate. And why do most of their products contain THC-a, but lack, delta-9 THC? – John David

Today I placed an order for $80.45. I tried to use a $25 dollar off coupon that I received in the mail, I was told by a manager (Mel) that I needed to spend $100 to use it. Nowhere on the coupon does it state that so how would I (the customer) have known that, she tells me it was an error but higher ups says to enforce. That’s total BS that Ascend would not honor a coupon that was mailed out by them, a mistake was made on their part by not adding the “need to spend $100”. – Sheneca Bridgeforth

Horrible business skills, I was sold a dried out half ounce and they would not even replace it same value, manager gave me a cheaper brand and put 5 bucks credit on my account smdh I told him I'll never spend it because I'll no longer shop at any of their locations ever and I'll let all my friends know to do the same. It's too many dispensaries out here and I spent a lot of money every week with these people, never again. Don't shop with these people No stars, it wouldn't let me select, you guys don't even deserve 1 star – Andre Hollowell

Budtender luke was phenomenal. He was able to answer every question I had, and went above and beyond with a recommendation. I get to smoke that good zaza kush because of budtender Luke.
