I've been a customer of this Ascend since they opened and have never had a bad experience there. Their website is convenient and easy to use. Most importantly they ALWAYS have what I order which does not always happen at other dispensaries. I've even had other places switch out items they didn't have in stock for items they told me were the closest in cost…Yeah, but that's not what I ordered!! Never has happened here. The crew here is always helpful and friendly. Today we were helped by Mike!!!! He is a genuinely awesome dude, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra yard and actually talk to you. I've been going to this place for a while now and I've spent a few thousand dollars, recently I've been getting multiple bad products one after another. I stopped going to curaleaf because they stopped honoring their faulty products and now this facility is doing the same thing after multiple items that I got is not the consistency labeled on the package! Now instead of replacing the faulty product they are only offering me 20%, I'm sorry but if I go to the store and I buy a Pepsi and there's Coke inside of the bottle and they offer me 20% off of my next purchase I'm just going to laugh at them the same way I laughed at the people at customer service for ascend 🤣 people need to work hard to afford this stuff there is absolutely no reason why if the product is faulty, the customer is not 110% covered!!! I also want to add that they said that they replied to my email but I have absolutely no proof of that, the emails I have were unanswered and when I called they said they replied? I'd have proof if so. For 5 days I got the run around and them acting like it's my fault I got this bad product. I just want to say thank you to the people here at this facility because it has pushed me to spend the extra money and just buy my own machine to make my own concentrate to not need you guys at all!!!!!!! Don't spend your money at ascend if you care about your money, if your rich and are ok with them scamming you and then offering " a 20% coverage" be my guest. 20% of my original price is seriously a joke!!!!! When you buy budder, make sure it's not live sugar!!!! They want people to be stupid and the fact I know what consistency it should be, I believe bothers them I can tell the difference. – Mr Craigslist
